Fears....

I was chatting to someone recently who told me that they'd spoken to some young LGBT people in Bournemouth, who said they were wary of the groups of youth who congregate in the Bournemouth town area at night. This is very sad, that people have to feel threatened by other people who live in the same town. Does this happen where you live? What on earth is going on in people's minds? I wish there was something we could do to combat this sort of ridiculous nonsense. Tell me... do you feel threatened or at risk when you are out and about? Especially from homophobic attack? Have you been the victim of an attack or threatening behaviour? If so did you report it? Would you report it? I'm interested to know, if you feel like you have any support in this area, and what could be done better in your views, to prevent and or correct people's behaviour in this issue?
